![]() ![]() ![]() Through the combination of my training, as well as personal experiences with grief and loss, my mission is to create a sacred haven for women to find a home for the full experience of their grief, while in the process return home to their true selves. And what’s important to note is that we don’t only grieve for what’s missing, but also for the ways in which those losses affect our sense of self. When we do this, it allows us to let grief do its job, so that we can integrate and adapt to this new life that is happening now. And while grief is incredibly difficult, it’s okay to feel its complex waves of emotions. Loss of loved ones, connection, sense of safety, and financial security are only a handful of examples in the vastness of loss our world is experiencing. And with change, comes loss of many different kinds. Throughout the last few years, all of us on some level have experienced change, struggling to find ways to adapt to the world we are living in. When you can incorporate that into how you interact with a horse, there is even more opportunity for body and mind to shift-and your soul, as well.Collectively, the world is grieving.
